答案: Yes, you can apply for post-graduate programs in the US. However, the minimum requirements of each post-graduate program in the US depends on the school/faculty itself. Thus, some programs may require you to take "top-up" programs that last 1 to 2 semesters (terms) to bring you to the same level as US university graduates. Please check with the universities you intend to apply to before beginning the application process.

I heard that I have to go to Hongkong for SAT test, I would like to know if I can take SATI and SATII by same time, or I have to go Hongkong two times for the tests.
