As Monroe College celebrates our 76th anniversary, we reflect on the fact that we are a family of more than 7,500 students, 440 faculty, 450 staff and thousands of alumni who are in business, government and a host of other endeavors across the nation and around the world. Monroe is a vibrant, exciting, and popular contemporary college that offers Associate, Bachelors, and Master’s degree programs. In addition to the students enrolled at Monroe’s campuses in New York City, Westchester county of New York State, and the country of St. Lucia, hundreds take classes through the online learning format. Today, about 20% of our student population is international, and they come from all continents of the world. They have come not only to study, but to participate in the total college experience. The college currently offers undergraduate degree programs in accounting and finance, business administration, business management, information technology, criminal justice, culinary arts, baking and pastry, general business, hospitality management, nursing, medical administration, medical assisting, pharmacy technician and public health. Monroe also offers two graduate degree programs through the King Graduate School, Masters in Business Administration and Masters in Criminal Justice. We have three concentrations under the MBA: MBA in Finance, MBA in Information Technology, MBA in Healthcare and the General MBA. Monroe College makes a variety of scholarships available to incoming new students, based on students’ academic credentials and other factors.
